Grade Level: 9-12
This course is designed to introduce the student to the elements of information
technology help desk operations and support. In a collaborative effort to support Nixa
High School's technology initiatives, students will learn the project-management and
technology skills required to assist clients with the operation and maintenance of digital
technology. Students will receive training in customer service, hardware maintenance,
cloud product usage, digital media display, classroom device management, etc.
